Due to the nature of the art toys being breakable art, there are no returns unless it is a defect in the design or manufacturing of the piece, not due to a natural weathering processes or the destructive nature of the materials or time itself. Pieces lost or broken as the result of shipping are the responsibility of the client although i will do my best to assist. Shipping fees are non-refundable. No exceptions. Things break or get lost in transit, not to go on a rant or anything but nothing’s permanent my friends
